Emily Mugeta founded this academy in Ukerewe, Mwanza Tanzania in 2016. His dream was to create an environment that helps youth access a better life through the power of football and education.
“Since 2012 when I was at TSC Academy my biggest dream has been to help my community, especially the vulnerable and talented young people, so that they too can achieve their goals through the talents they have been endowed with. It has not been an easy task to continue living in that dream to this day, but the biggest thing I thank God for is that since I came here in Germany, I have been fighting for every opportunity to ensure that my dream of helping the community is 100% fulfilled. Because doing this, I believe, will prevent our youth from engaging in bad groups or committing inappropriate acts in society — so let us unite to achieve the dreams of our youth.”

With Dedication and Discipline: Talent is nothing without dedication and discipline, and dedication and discipline is a talent in itself. Malila is one of our best young Lad, one of things we work hard for, is to make sure this youth maintains their discipline respectively to their dreams and their surroundings (which is the society, School and at home). Malila was very successful last year on Umiseta, he was only young talents who was selected from Ukerewe to present Lake zone team in school tournament in Rwanda
We are happy with the progress of the academy since it was founded. We however have big plans and are always looking to take Mugeta Academy to the next level. Our aim is to keep dreaming bigger and working tirelessly so that we continue.
